Here to decide whose dish is best is the Chef and Owner of the Rock Lobster Food Company, Matt Dean Petit, Food Blogger, Abbey Sharp, and Chef Jo Lusted. Dishes will be judged on taste, presentation, and creative use of our key ingredient—Johnsonville sausage.
